In current scenario of Pandemic, its really unfrotunate to see lot of companies have stopped Innovation and New Design and development activity though the Design can really take the lead for business growth.
Well studies has shown 80% of the sales happens due to Design or aesthetics of the product. This is because Product design is not just the form factor but its the visualization of customers Needs, Wants and value proposition for various elements such as Functional Requirements, Economical and emotional perceptions. Today design represents social status and can create tremendous esteem value for a customer which as sales team cannot.
A good design has the capabilities to communicate with the consumer expectations then whether its product design or packaging design or any communication design (Digital/BTL).
The future is all about giving better ideas to what consumer expects in terms of a better value proposition through consumer centric design for products or services across the industry verticals which has the power to create success or failure.
